Please make sure your shipping address is correct as you will not be able to correct misspellings once packages have shipped. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our own fault the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage. Product Warranty Policy
Stablebase Stabilizers come with a 60 day warranty from their delivery date. Warranties will be honored for all items that are defective and do not have signs of abuse.

Product Return Policy
Your satisfaction with our products is of great importance to us. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances; however, we accept refunds for a period of 15 days after your items were delivered. Returns will only be accepted for items that are still in new condition, and do not show signs of wear or usage.

If you wish to return a defective product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number at (888) 287-3525. Returns must occur within 15 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault.
